Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
